Welcome to Cheese Studio by Rosalie. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our WhatsApp Business messaging service, related API infrastructure, and any associated digital services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By initiating a conversation with our WhatsApp Business number, accessing our API endpoints, or otherwise interacting with the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

Cheese Studio by Rosalie provides an automated ordering and customer engagement platform through WhatsApp Business:

• WhatsApp Ordering: Browse products, place orders, and receive order updates via WhatsApp chat.
• Product Catalog: View available products, pricing, and availability through WhatsApp interactive messages.
• Customer Support: Automated and human-assisted support for your inquiries and orders.
• API Access: Authorized partners may integrate with our backend services through approved API endpoints.

3. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when placing orders or making inquiries.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Not attempt to disrupt, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Service or its API endpoints.
• Not use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Cheese Studio by Rosalie and third parties.

4. WhatsApp Platform Compliance

Our Service operates on the WhatsApp Business Platform. By using our Service, you also agree to comply with:

• WhatsApp's Business Policy and Business Terms of Service.
• Meta's Platform Policies governing API usage.
• Any applicable messaging limits, template guidelines, and opt-in requirements set by WhatsApp.

5. Orders & Transactions

All orders placed through the Service are subject to product availability and price confirmation. We reserve the right to:

• Modify product offerings, pricing, and availability without prior notice.
• Cancel or limit orders at our discretion, with refund provided where applicable.
• Request additional verification before processing orders.

Payment terms and delivery details are provided during the ordering process and form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, product names, software, and materials associated with the Service are the exclusive property of Cheese Studio by Rosalie or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. API Usage & Rate Limits

Authorized API access is subject to the following:

• API keys and access tokens are confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized parties.
• Rate limits apply to protect service availability; excessive requests may be throttled or blocked.
• We reserve the right to revoke API access at any time for violation of these Terms.
• API consumers must implement appropriate error handling and retry logic.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheese Studio by Rosalie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control (including WhatsApp platform outages).

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
